Victoria Park
The ornamental park in the centre of town, separated from the golf course by New Bazaar Street, is a good place to spot a number of hill country bird species. Look out for yellow-eared bubul, pied thrush, Kahnir fly catcher, Indian blue robin, grey tit, Indian pitta, pacific swallow and, along the stream that runs through the park, green sandpiper. Open from dawn till dusk.
